Pushmataha Plantation is located in the prime wildlife habitat of Choctaw County, Alabama which offers the sportsman considerable opportunity to pursue a trophy deer, Eastern turkey or wild boar. We hunt over 16,000 acres which are managed with the goal of giving our guests the opportunity to harvest a trophy animal.

A 12,000 square foot lodge constructed in 2007 offers 15 spacious private rooms each with a private bath, a 2,700 square foot great room, and a 900 square foot commercial kitchen. Adjacent to the main lodge is our “Scout” cabin which is almost 100 years old but has been refurbished to offer all of the comforts of home.

Our turkey and deer hunts will allow you to experience true Pushmataha hospitality at its best. We serve three traditional Southern style meals each day featuring some of Alabama’s finest cooks.
