Echota Cherokee Tribe of Alabama Festival and Pow Wow, 20th Annual . 205-442-3535. echotacherokeetribe.homestead.com/index.html. Admission charged. Call for location--There will be American Indian artisans, craftsmen, storytellers, living history demonstrations, dancers and traditional foods and crafts. The renown Aztec Dancers will perform both days. John T. Wayne, grandson of the "Duke" will be signing his books.
